		<description>also, for the dressing... i like to mix olive oil, balsamic, honey, yellow mustard and a bit of soy sauce... it may sound strange, but it tastes delicious, especially with spicey greens and sharp cheese. (i think that you&#039;ve given me inspiration for dinner tonight)</description>

		<description>Good for you for roasting a chicken which I know you did not eat.  Roasted chicken is yummy.  The cheese...not so much.  But the walnuts and arugula and balsamic...yes.  Good dinner overall sans cheese, I&#039;d say.</description>
